Sub contractor team approach supports reputation

A £1.6 million sub contract to install 48 timber groynes and a boat ramp plus the replacement of the existing sea outfall.  The timber groynes were built using Greenheart timber from Guyana.  Mackley Construction has been instrumental in the procurement of this hardwood timber ensuring that it is from a sustainable source that is sympathetic to the needs of the local timber producers.  The sheeters used on the groynes were recycled from the old groynes.
