The National Capital Programme Management Service
Team Van Oord, our joint venture with May Gurney Ltd and Van Oord UK Ltd, is one of seven contractors selected by competition on the Environment Agency’s National Contractor Framework, part of the NCPMS. Under this five-year EA Framework, Contractors, together with Engineering Consultants, Cost Consultants and Site Investigation Contractors are working in partnership with the Environment Agency Teams to deliver the majority of their capital investment programme.
This Framework along with a similar mechanism for consultants, allows the Environment Agency to gain Best Value for money whilst promoting innovative and sustainable construction. All three companies have the necessary culture, commitment and resources to deliver a complete Project Service, thereby adding value to the Client.
